This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and bonus Den room sleeps up to 10 guests.  

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, closet, TV and private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. 

The Mermaid bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. 

The Nautical bedroom has a queen bed, plus a set of bunk beds for kiddos, two closets and a dresser.  

The ‘Den’ is directly off the kitchen and has a set of bunk beds, along with a large desk, sofas, board games, DVDs and a TV. 

The spacious guest bathroom has two sinks, bathtub/shower combo, and plenty of storage.  

The vaulted Living room has plenty of seating and is open and spacious with its own TV. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and eating, along with a coffee bar that has several coffee machines: drip coffee, keriug coffee, and a Breville espresso machine. 

Enjoy your own sparkling private pool, in a fully privacy fenced backyard.

Pool area has a shaded patio with ample seating for everyone. There are umbrellas for daytime use, and pool lights for the evening.

There is also an outdoor pool shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The property has fully privacy fenced backyard.  An outdoor kitchen, complete with a sink and grill is provided, along with seating areas and plenty of chairs to relax. String lights adorn the yard, if you want to enjoy lights in the evening time. 

The garage has several bikes for use around the roads and trails of Rockport. There are also pool floats (pool use only) for the kids, and beach toys to use at the beach. A washer and dryer are also located in the garage.
