The House
- Centrally located in the heart of Rockport Texas, in the desired Shady Oaks area, Bluebonnet Beach House is close to so many attractions. Just blocks from the bay, and 1 mile from Rockport Beach, Bluebonnet is the perfect location for your next coastal vacation - and has its own private pool and outdoor kitchen!
- This 3 bedroom, plus bonus Den, 2 bathroom, sleeps up to 10 guests.
- The Master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, closet, TV and private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
- The Mermaid bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet.
- The Nautical bedroom has a queen bed, plus a set of bunk beds, two closets and a dresser.
- The ‘Den’ is directly off the kitchen and has a set of bunk beds, along with a large desk, sofas, books, board games, DVDs and a TV. There is a door to close the Den off from the kitchen, and a set of swinging doors adjacent to the foyer to give partial privacy.
- The spacious guest bathroom has two sinks, bathtub/shower combo, and plenty of storage.
- The vaulted Living Room has plenty of seating and is open and spacious with its own TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and eating, along with a coffee bar that has several coffee machines: drip coffee, keriug coffee, and a Breville espresso machine.
- Dining area has a table for 6 (plus highchair stored in laundry room if needed), bar area has 2 bar stools, and outdoor patio table has seating for 8, plus several additional chairs.
- Laundry room has a washer and dryer.
